We want you to love your Fizz Creations products. If something isn't right, this policy explains your options. It sits alongside — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent EU consumer law.

Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at sales@fizzcreations.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our 30-day returns promise

On top of your statutory rights, we accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an item

Email sales@fizzcreations.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We'll send you return instructions and the correct address for your country.
Return the item securely in its original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. This includes standard delivery costs for cancellations made under your statutory cancellation right; it excludes any premium delivery upgrade you chose.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene and safety reasons we may be unable to accept returns of certain items once opened, except where they are faulty. Any such items will be clearly identified at the point of sale.

European Union customers

Customers in France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands have the same 14-day cancellation right. Returns are handled locally within Europe — contact us and we'll provide the correct return address and steps for your country.
