Our 30-day promise

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Products should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Head to our Contact page and let us know your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you simple return instructions for your country.
3. Pop the item back in its packaging and send it our way.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We'll email you as soon as it's done.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 30 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or full refund — including any delivery costs.

European returns

Returns from France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands are handled locally within Europe. Contact us and we'll share the right return address and steps for your country.
