Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 2–4 working days, fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
• Europe (FR, DE, ES, PL, NL): 3–6 working days, fulfilled locally within Europe.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and basket. Any free-delivery thresholds will be displayed in your basket before payment.

Taxes and duties

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate for your delivery country. As EU orders are fulfilled locally within the EU, no import duties apply to those orders. [Confirm any exceptions before launch.]

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also view your orders in your account.
