The information we collect

Order and account data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and order history.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Marketing data: your email address and marketing preferences, where you have opted in.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data (see "Cookies" below).

How we use your information and our lawful basis

To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — performance of a contract.
To send marketing emails about new products and offers — consent (you can withdraw this at any time).
To prevent fraud, maintain security and meet legal and tax obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run our store, including: Shopify (ecommerce platform), our fulfilment partners (our UK warehouse and Amazon MCF Europe for EU orders), our payment providers, and our email marketing provider (Mailchimp). How long we keep it
