These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from Fizz Creations Ltd ("Fizz Creations", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Some products carry age restrictions, which are shown on the product page.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.

Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Delivery Information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. Licensed brands and characters remain the property of their respective owners.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow product instructions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mantle of your local mandatory consumer protection laws.
